Responsibilities:

- Assist the lead electrician with all aspects of solar installation, including carrying equipment, setting up ladders, and preparing work areas.
- Take the lead in safely and effectively cleaning solar panels to maximize efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and visual inspections on systems.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in valuable working order.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Some experience in construction or a related field is a plus, but not required.
- Must have a two-wheeler for transportation to and from job sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

- Driving Licence (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (Preferred)
