Job Description

Olivo Software Company is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Software Tester – QA to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software applications through systematic testing and collaboration with development teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand software requirements and prepare test cases and test scenarios.
- Perform manual testing of software products : ERP, School System etc
- Identify, document, track, and report software defects.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and UI testing.
- Verify bug fixes and ensure software quality before release.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers.
- Maintain test documentation and prepare testing reports.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release validation.
- Ensure applications meet business requirements and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Good knowledge of manual testing methodologies and software testing life cycle
- Experience in writing test cases, test scenarios, and bug reports.




- Familiarity with bug-tracking tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing is an advantage.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience testing ERP, accounting, CRM, or other business applications.
