Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Maintenance Technician to handle the daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hotel equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, air-conditioning, and other facilities. The candidate should ensure the smooth operation of all hotel facilities and provide prompt support whenever maintenance issues arise.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of hotel equipment and facilities.
- Identify and repair electrical faults, plumbing issues, and minor mechanical problems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot air-conditioning and ventilation systems.
- Monitor the functioning of pumps, motors, lighting, and other equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance complaints from hotel departments.
- Carry out repairs in guest rooms, kitchens, public areas, and staff facilities.
- Maintain maintenance records and report major faults to the Maintenance Manager.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and electrical safety standards.




- Coordinate with external service providers for specialized repairs.
- Ensure tools and equipment are maintained properly and safely.

Qualifications and Skills

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Previous experience in hotel or building maintenance is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and air-conditioning.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency maintenance requirements.
