About The Green TV

The Green TV is a sustainability-focused media platform bringing together stories and conversations around sustainability, environmental awareness, finance, innovation, and conscious living.

We are looking for a proactive and organised Strategy & Operations Executive with an understanding of sustainability, media coordination, and social impact initiatives to support our projects, partnerships, and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Support strategy execution, business development, stakeholder engagement, and partnership coordination.
- Coordinate projects, internal teams, external partners, and content contributors.
- Support sustainability communication, environmental awareness campaigns, and impact-driven content initiatives.
- Coordinate with creative, social media, and video production teams at Zth Orbit.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, approvals, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Assist with CSR initiatives, sustainability projects, outreach programmes, and partnership activities.
- Conduct research on sustainability trends, climate action, ESG, environmental issues, and social development.
- Maintain project trackers, operational reports, and documentation.
- Support leadership in project planning, operational efficiency, and process improvement.
- Ensure smooth execution of projects across teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in media, communications, project coordination, sustainability, social impact, or related fields.
- Understanding of sustainability, environmental awareness,



sustainable development, or social responsibility.
- Solid communication, coordination, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and cross-functional teams.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Google Workspace, and project tracking tools.
- Interest in sustainability communication, impact-driven storytelling, and environmental initiatives.

Preferred Educational Background

- MSW – Master of Social Work
- BSW – Bachelor of Social Work
- Environmental Studies / Environmental Science
- Sustainability / Sustainable Development
- Mass Communication / Journalism / Media Studies
- Social Sciences or related disciplines

Preferred Experience

Candidates with exposure to the following areas will be preferred:

- Sustainability and environmental projects
- CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives
- ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) awareness
- NGOs and community development
- Social impact programmes and development sector projects
- Media, digital content, video production, and communications
- Climate action, environmental campaigns, and sustainable development initiatives
- Project management, operations, and partnership coordination
