Supervise road formation, earthwork, embankment, subgrade, GSB, WMM, bituminous layers, shoulders, and other assigned civil works.

Monitor daily site activities, manpower, machinery, material utilisation, and work progress as per approved drawings and specifications.

Assist in material testing, field inspections, level and alignment checks, layer thickness verification, and rectification of defective work.

Monitor construction and maintenance of culverts, drains, retaining structures, and other highway components as assigned.

Stakeholder Coordination

Guide workmen and site teams, allocate daily tasks, and monitor productivity and work quality.

Maintain daily progress reports, site measurements, inspection records, material details, and photographic documentation.

Report execution delays, technical deviations, resource shortages, and site-level issues

Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognised institution.

Site Location: Rugudi Odisha

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
