Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented Associate Vice President (AVP) – Loans to lead and drive business growth across multiple loan products, including Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, Personal Loans, and Business Loans. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership capabilities, extensive knowledge of the lending industry, proven business development experience, and the ability to build strategic relationships with banks and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve loan disbursement targets and revenue objectives.
- Lead, manage, and motivate sales teams to drive business growth across all loan products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and other lending partners.
- Drive business development for Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, Personal Loans, and Business Loans.
- Identify new business opportunities, expand market presence, and develop strategic partnerships.
- Monitor sales performance, lead generation, loan applications, approvals, and disbursements.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, credit, operations, and lending partners for timely loan processing.
- Maintain a strong understanding of loan eligibility, credit policies, documentation, underwriting, and lending procedures.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to improve business performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, lending partner guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Prepare business reports, performance reviews, and sales forecasts for senior management.
- Take ownership of team productivity, revenue generation,



and overall business performance.

Eligibility Criteria

- 10–15 years of relevant experience in the loan, banking, NBFC, or financial services industry.
- Strong experience in Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, Personal Loans, and Business Loans.
- Proven track record in loan sales, business development, and revenue generation.
- Prior experience in managing large sales teams and achieving business targets.
- Established relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of lending processes, credit assessment, loan documentation, and disbursement procedures.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to develop business strategies, manage multiple teams, and deliver results under pressure.
- Proficiency in business reporting, performance analysis, and CRM tools.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual loan business targets.
- Growth in loan disbursements and revenue generation.
- Expansion of banking and NBFC partnerships.
- Team productivity and target achievement.
- Improvement in loan approval and disbursement ratios.
- Customer acquisition, business conversion, and partner relationship management.
- Compliance with company policies and lending partner requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates currently working as Regional Head, Zonal Head, National Sales Manager, Business Head, or AVP – Loans in banks, NBFCs, loan distribution companies, or financial services organizations are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
