Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Inward Entry Operator to record incoming materials, maintain accurate stock records, verify documents, and coordinate with the stores, purchase, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter daily inward material details accurately into the system.
- Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.
- Maintain inward registers, stock records, and inventory reports.
- Check material quantities and report discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation of incoming materials.
- Coordinate with the purchase and production teams regarding material receipts.
- Update stock details using MS Excel or ERP software.
- Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of company records.

Qualifications & Skills





- Any Degree / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Engineering background preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and data entry.
- Knowledge of inventory management and ERP software is an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month

Education: Engineering graduates or diploma holders preferred.
