JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager with strong Life Insurance domain expertise to lead end-to-end testing activities across multiple applications and programs. The candidate will be responsible for defining Test Strategies, Test Plans, SIT/UAT approaches, delivery governance, and quality assurance frameworks while managing multiple testing teams and client stakeholders. Key Responsibilities : Create and review Test Strategies, Test Plans, SIT Plans, and Release Test Plans. Manage testing delivery across multiple applications and concurrent projects. Lead and mentor multiple testing teams (Manual, Automation, API, and UAT).



Act as the primary communication bridge between QualityKiosk and Client stakeholders. Drive requirement reviews, defect triage, risk management, and release readiness activities. Monitor project quality, timelines, resource utilization, and delivery commitments. Review test coverage, defect metrics, and quality dashboards. Drive automation adoption and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Present testing status, risks, and governance reports to leadership and clients. Required Skills 12+ years of QA/Testing experience with 4+ years in Test Management. Solid experience in Life Insurance products, policy administration, claims, underwriting, and servicing processes. Expertise in Test Strategy, Test Planning, SIT, UAT, and Release Management. Proven experience managing multiple applications and large testing teams. Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills. Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, ALM, Automation Testing, and Reporting tools. Preferred Profile A strong leader who can handle multiple applications, multiple teams, and multiple client stakeholders, while ensuring high-quality delivery, effective communication, and successful execution of testing programs across the Life Insurance landscape.
