1.Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
2.Inspect products, raw materials, and casting parameters.
3.Achieve production targets while minimizing rejection and downtime.
4.Coordinate with production, maintenance, annealing, and quality departments.
5.Allocate manpower, delegate tasks, and conduct regular reviews of subordinates.
6.Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate preventive maintenance.
7.Ensure optimum utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
8.Maintain workplace safety, discipline, and housekeeping.
9.Support process improvement and employee training.
