Job Summary We are looking for a Senior SEO Executive – On-Page Focus who will take complete ownership of on-page, content, and technical SEO across multiple client projects. This role requires strong hands-on experience in website audits, content optimization, Core Web Vitals, and GA/GSC analysis, along with the ability to guide and review off-page work executed by a separate team.

The ideal candidate is execution-driven, data-oriented, and capable of translating SEO insights into clear action plans for content writers, developers, and off-page executives.

Roles & Responsibilities

On-Page & Content SEO

- Own on-page SEO strategy and execution for 10–20 client projects simultaneously
- Perform detailed on-page audits (content, meta tags, headings, internal linking, URL structure)
- Optimize content based on search intent, SERP analysis, and competitor gaps
- Improve CTR using GSC data (titles, meta descriptions, structured content)
- Fix thin content, duplication, cannibalization, and content hierarchy issues
- Plan and implement topic clusters and internal linking strategies
- Knowledge of local on-page SEO (NAP consistency, location pages)
- Awareness of AI-assisted content optimisation tools while following Google guidelines

Technical SEO

- Handle crawlability & indexing issues (robots.txt, sitemaps, canonicals, redirects)
- Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP) in coordination with developers
- Conduct technical audits using Screaming Frog, GSC, PageSpeed Insights, SEranking etc
- Ensure SEO best practices during website changes, migrations, and new page launches

Analytics & Reporting

- Set up and analyze GA4,



Google Search Console, and GTM events
- Track organic performance, landing page metrics, and conversion data
- Use data to prioritize optimization tasks and measure impact

Off-Page Coordination (Oversight Only)

- Guide off-page teams on:
- Anchor text strategy
- Link quality standards
- Page-level link priorities
- Review off-page output for SEO alignment (no backlink execution required)

Collaboration & Ownership

- Work closely with content writers, developers, and project managers
- Create clear SEO briefs and action plans
- Ensure deadlines, quality, and measurable SEO improvements

Requirements

3–5 years of hands-on on-page and technical SEO experience (agency experience preferred)

Strong understanding of:

- Search intent & content optimization
- Technical SEO fundamentals
- Core Web Vitals & page experience

Practical experience with:

- GA4, GSC, GTM
- Screaming Frog, SEMrush / Ahrefs/seranking

Experience optimising websites across multiple industries

Ability to handle high-volume project workloads with structured execution

Good written and verbal communication skills (for content & dev coordination)

Soft Skills

- Good written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working in a team environment

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, computer science, or a related field, 3-5 years of experience in SEO,and a strong SEO Portfolio is preferred.
- Proven experience as an SEO specialist
- Strong understanding of Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices
- Analytical mindset with a focus on execution, not theory
- Experience working with Google Analytics as an SEO specialist

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
