Role Overview

We are looking for creative and confident individuals to develop engaging content ideas, write scripts, present products on camera, and direct video shoots for digital marketing campaigns. Candidates should have strong communication skills, creativity, and an interest in content creation and brand promotion.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop creative concepts and scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, advertisements, promotional videos, and brand films.

* Create engaging hooks, storylines, dialogues, product demonstrations, and calls to action.

* Present products and explain concepts confidently on camera.

* Direct video shoots, guide performances, and coordinate with the production team.

* Explain technical product features in simple and engaging language.

* Create educational, entertaining, promotional, and brand-building video content.

* Contribute ideas for social media campaigns and product promotions.

* Adapt scripts and presentation styles to suit the target audience and campaign objectives.

* Deliver content naturally and demonstrate improvisation skills.

* Collaborate with the digital marketing and creative teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.

* Participate in content planning, rehearsals,



product demonstrations, and video shoots.

* Review and improve content based on feedback and campaign requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Solid verbal and written communication skills.

* Creative thinking, storytelling, and scriptwriting abilities.

* Confidence in front of the camera and strong presentation skills.

* Basic understanding of video production and creative direction.

* Ability to explain products and ideas clearly.

* Good improvisation skills and an expressive communication style.

* Ability to coordinate shoots and communicate creative ideas effectively.

* Professional attitude and willingness to participate in video content creation.

* Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple creative assignments.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience or exposure in the following fields are preferred:

* Digital content creation and social media marketing.

* Advertising, filmmaking, media production, or journalism.

* Acting, hosting, presenting, or public speaking.

* Scriptwriting, creative writing, or brand storytelling.

* Video production, promotional campaigns, or product demonstrations.

Freshers with strong communication skills, creativity, and camera confidence are also welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
