- Samskriti Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and talented Social Media Designer with strong hands-on experience in AI-powered creative tools.
- The ideal candidate will create high-quality social media ads, videos, reels, short-form content, motion graphics, promotional creatives, and engaging visual content for digital platforms.
- The candidate should be comfortable using AI tools as part of their daily workflow and be able to take an idea from concept to AI generation, editing, and final social media creative.

Key Requirement – Hands-on AI Experience
- Strong practical experience with AI creative tools is mandatory.
- Generate images, visual concepts, and creative variations.
- Create and edit AI-generated videos.
- Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form videos.
- Generate animations, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Create AI voiceovers and audio content.
- Transform images into videos and create promotional video content.
- Generate backgrounds, characters, scenes, and other visual elements.
- Enhance and edit existing images and videos using AI.
- Create multiple creative variations for social media advertising and A/B testing.
- Learn and experiment with new AI creative tools and workflows.

AI Tools – Preferred Experience
- ChatGPT – Creative concepts, scripts, captions, prompts, and content ideas.
- Midjourney / Adobe Firefly / DALL·E – AI image generation.
- Runway / Kling / Google Veo / Pika – AI video generation.
- ElevenLabs – AI voiceovers and audio.
- CapCut – AI-assisted video editing.
- Canva AI – Social media creatives and designs.
- Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Premiere Pro / After Effects with AI features.
- Other emerging AI image, video, audio, and creative tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging social media advertisements, posts, carousels, banners, and promotional creatives.
- Produce Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook videos, and LinkedIn videos.




- Create short-form video advertisements using AI-generated content and professional editing.
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and visual directions for campaigns.
- Use AI tools to rapidly create and test different creative concepts.
- Edit and enhance AI-generated images and videos to achieve professional results.
- Create multiple creative variations for social media advertising and A/B testing.
- Stay updated with the latest AI image, video, voice, and creative tools.
- Work with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audiences.
- Ensure content follows brand guidelines and social media platform requirements.
- Manage multiple creative projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Required Skills
- Mandatory hands-on experience with AI creative tools.
- Strong knowledge of social media design and content creation.
- Experience creating Reels, Shorts, and video advertisements.
- Strong graphic design and visual storytelling skills.
- Good understanding of typography, composition, color, and branding.
- Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent design tools.
- Experience with professional video editing software.
- Ability to create content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Preferred Skills
- Motion graphics and animation.
- Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro.
- AI image, video, voice, and music generation.
- Experience creating marketing and advertising creatives.
- Understanding of paid social media advertising requirements.
- Experience working with multiple AI platforms and creative workflows.

Portfolio Requirement – Mandatory
- Candidates must provide a portfolio demonstrating actual work.
- AI-generated images and visual concepts.
- AI-generated videos.

Ideal Candidate
- We are looking for someone who combines the skills of a Creative Designer, Video Editor, and AI Content Creator.
- The candidate should not simply know about AI tools — they should be able to use them practically to create skilled, engaging, and production-ready social media content with minimal supervision.
