The Finance & Accounting Associate will support accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and transaction processing activities. The role provides an prospect to build expertise in finance operations, accounting principles, and ERP systems while working in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process financial transactions accurately and within defined timelines.
Support Accounts Payable (AP) / Customer Support / Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
Accounts Payables :- Perform invoice validation, Payments, Customer Support, Vendor Master, Reconciliation, Indexing, Exceptions Handling,
Revenue:- Cash Application, Invoice Generation & Disbursement, Exception Handling, Collections, Customer Support, Reconciliation
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain financial records and documentation.
Generate basic financial and operational reports
Skill Requirements
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
