Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AC Installation Supervisor with good technical knowledge of air conditioning systems and HVAC installation processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage the installation of various air conditioning systems, including Split AC, Cassette AC, Ductable AC, VRF/VRV systems, and Central Air Conditioning systems.
- Plan and coordinate daily installation activities, site visits, manpower allocation, and work schedules.
- Lead and guide technicians, electricians, helpers, and installation teams to ensure timely and quality completion of work.
- Inspect installation sites and verify electrical connections, copper piping, drainage, refrigerant piping, ducting, and mounting arrangements as applicable.
- Ensure installations are carried out according to technical specifications, manufacturer guidelines, approved drawings, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, clients, and other departments regarding installation requirements and progress.
- Monitor material availability, tools, equipment, and other resources required for installation work.
- Conduct site inspections, identify technical issues, and coordinate troubleshooting and corrective actions.
- Supervise testing, commissioning, and performance checks of installed AC systems to ensure proper functioning.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and proper handling of equipment and refrigerants.
- Maintain daily site reports, manpower records, material consumption details,



installation progress, and completion reports.
- Handle customer queries related to installation and coordinate with service teams to resolve pending issues.
- Monitor work quality, minimize rework, and ensure installations are completed within the agreed timelines and budget.
- Travel to customer locations and project sites as required for supervision and inspection.

Required Skills

- Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems and HVAC installation procedures.
- Hands-on understanding of copper piping, refrigerant charging, drainage systems, electrical connections, ducting, and commissioning.
- Ability to supervise technicians and manage multiple installation sites.
- Valuable troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of installation tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and installation layouts.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining reports and site documentation.

Educational Qualification

- ITI, Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC), or a related technical field.
- Candidates with relevant hands-on installation and supervisory experience will be preferred.

Experience Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in AC installation, HVAC projects, or air conditioning site supervision.
- Experience handling installation teams and supervising residential, commercial, or industrial AC projects.
- Experience with VRF/VRV, ductable AC, cassette AC, or central AC systems will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
