Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Ex-India Flight Travel Agent to handle international flight bookings originating from India to overseas destinations. The candidate will be responsible for international air ticketing, fare quotations, itinerary planning, ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle international flight bookings from India to worldwide destinations.
- Search and compare international airfares across different airlines and booking platforms.
- Prepare flight itineraries and provide competitive fare quotations to customers.
- Issue, reissue, and cancel international air tickets.
- Process ticket refunds and manage airline schedule changes.
- Handle multi-city, one-way, round-trip, and connecting flight bookings.
- Check baggage allowances, transit visa requirements, and airline rules.
- Work with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
- Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and travel partners for bookings and ticketing support.
- Provide customer assistance regarding flight timings, terminal information, baggage policies, and travel documentation.
- Maintain accurate booking records, payment details, and customer information.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and resolve customer queries related to international travel.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate or diploma in Travel & Tourism preferred.




- 1–3 years of experience in international air ticketing or travel agency operations preferred.
- Practical knowledge of international airline fares and ticketing procedures.
- Experience with Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or other GDS platforms.
- Knowledge of fare rules, ticket revalidation, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.
- Good communication, customer-handling, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
