Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth, build strong relationships with educational institutions, and promote Xylem Learning's educational programmes. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions.
- Visit school and other relevant institutions to promote Xylem Learning's courses and programmes.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with institutional management and key decision-makers.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospective clients, and convert opportunities into business.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase enrolments and expand market reach.
- Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams to execute business development activities.
- Maintain records of leads, client interactions, sales activities, and business performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.




- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business targets.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may apply; relevant experience is an advantage.
- Experience in sales, business development, field sales, or educational sales will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel and conduct institutional visits as required.
