We are looking for a *Telecalling Executive* who is confident, energetic, and has valuable communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers/leads, understanding their requirements, generating leads, and following up with interested customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.

* Explain company products/services to customers.

* Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.

* Follow up with interested customers regularly.

* Maintain customer and lead records.

* Handle customer queries professionally.

* Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-ups.

* Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements

* Good communication and convincing skills.

* Hindi and basic English communication required.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-ups.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated.

* Freshers can also apply.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in *Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation* will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
