Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Associate with experience in US Staffing/RPO sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating current business, acquiring clients, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth in the US staffing market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Acquire new US staffing/RPO clients and vendor partnerships.
- Understand client hiring requirements and propose suitable staffing solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing,



and service agreements.
- Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain strong client relationships and achieve sales targets.

Required Skills:

- 0–5 years of experience in US Staffing Business Development in RPO Sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
