Job Description

We are looking for an Email & WhatsApp Marketing Executive to execute outbound communication campaigns that support lead generation, follow-ups, and customer re-engagement.

The role involves preparing and sending cold emails and WhatsApp campaigns, managing follow-up sequences, organizing prospect databases, tracking responses, and identifying interested leads for the sales team.

You will work with contact lists and campaign tools to ensure outreach is well-organized, messages are relevant to the intended audience, and responses are recorded accurately. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable handling bulk outreach, and able to maintain professional communication across email and WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute cold email and WhatsApp outreach campaigns based on defined target audiences and campaign objectives.
- Prepare, format, schedule, and send campaign messages using approved templates and tools.
- Manage follow-up sequences for prospects who have not responded or require further communication.
- Organize, clean, segment, and maintain contact lists for targeted outreach.
- Track campaign delivery, replies, interested prospects, follow-up requirements, and other relevant performance metrics.
- Identify positive responses and coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up.
- Maintain accurate campaign records, lead status, and communication history in spreadsheets or CRM systems.
- Monitor replies and ensure interested prospects and pending follow-ups are handled on time.




- Support re-engagement campaigns for existing contacts and previously contacted prospects.
- Check contact data for duplicates and inaccuracies to minimize unnecessary or repeated outreach.
- Follow campaign guidelines and maintain clear, professional, audience-relevant communication.
- Follow applicable email and WhatsApp marketing rules, consent requirements, and opt-out requests.
- Prepare basic campaign reports and help identify opportunities to improve response rates and outreach effectiveness.

Experience

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Candidates with experience in email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, cold outreach, lead generation, CRM follow-ups, database marketing, or campaign execution will be preferred.

Practical ability to manage contact lists, execute outreach, track responses, and maintain accurate campaign data is important. Candidates who are willing to learn campaign tools and structured outreach processes are also encouraged to apply.
