Qualifications

- Graduate or postgraduate degree.
- 0–2 years of experience in hotel reservations.
- Strong technical proficiency along with effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

- Oversee hotel reservations and manage inventory.
- Maintain and optimize OTA listings.
- Monitor and update real-time inventory across platforms such as Airbnb, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, and Booking.com.
- Operate and manage channel management systems.
- Assist with online sales efforts and business development activities.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customer accounts through transparent and engaging communication.
- Deliver accurate, complete, and dependable information about our holiday homes and services.
- Manage customer escalations and challenging situations in a professional manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
