Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and patient-focused Clinical Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for optimizing medication therapy, ensuring protected and effective medication use, monitoring drug interactions, providing clinical pharmacy services, and collaborating with doctors and nurses to improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and validate medication prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and safety.
- Monitor drug interactions, adverse drug reactions, contraindications, and medication-related problems.
- Provide clinical pharmacy

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
