We run an industrial oil treatment and refining plant. We are looking for a fresh chemical engineering graduate to join our production team and learn plant operations hands-on.

Key Responsibilities -

- Assist in day-to-day plant operations and monitor process parameters
- Maintain shift logs, production records and tank-wise inventory data
- Support the production team in achieving daily output targets
- Coordinate with QA/QC on sampling, testing and product quality
- Follow safety procedures and assist with safety checks, audits and reporting

Requirements -

- B.Tech/B.E in Chemical Engineering
- Freshers ( 2025 and 2026 pass-outs) welcome
- Basic understanding of distillation, heat transfer and fluid flow
- Willingness to work on the plant and in shifts




- Good communication and record-keeping skills

Positive to have -

- Internship or project experience in refinery, petrochemical or process industry
- Awareness of industrial safety practices

What we offer -

- Hands-on training in a live refinery environment
- Salary: 20,000 per month during training period, will be revised after 6 months according to performance
