Job Responsibilities

- Install and configure printers for customers.
- Diagnose and repair printer hardware and software issues.
- Service and maintain inkjet, laser, and multifunction printers.
- Troubleshoot paper jams, print quality issues, and connectivity problems.
- Replace printer parts, cartridges, toner, and other consumables.
- Perform regular printer maintenance and cleaning.
- Install printer drivers and configure network printing.
- Visit customer locations for printer service and troubleshooting.
- Maintain service reports and customer records.
- Explain printer usage and basic troubleshooting to customers.

Required Skills





- Minimum 2 years of experience in printer servicing.
- Knowledge of Canon, HP, Epson, Brother, or similar printers.
- Good knowledge of printer hardware and troubleshooting.
- Basic computer and networking knowledge.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel to customer locations when required.

Preferred Skills

- Experience servicing inkjet and laser printers.
- Knowledge of printer spare parts and consumables.
- Experience in in office service and preventive maintenance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
