Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Purchase Coordinator to manage procurement, supplier follow-ups, import shipments, and packing material requirements while ensuring timely availability of stock.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare purchase plans based on inventory levels and sales requirements.
- Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers for pricing, production, and delivery.
- Track China imports, shipments, and expected arrival dates.
- Manage packing material procurement and ensure timely availability.
- Coordinate with accounts for supplier payments, invoices, and purchase documentation.
- Maintain purchase trackers, shipment records, and supplier databases.
- Coordinate with warehouse and e-commerce teams to prevent stock-outs.
- Maintain daily task updates and independently follow up on pending activities.

Required Skills

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration,



or a related field.
- 2–4 years of purchase or procurement experience.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Robust communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
- Import experience will be an added advantage.

Key Expectations

Strong ownership, timely follow-ups, accurate documentation, cost awareness, and proactive escalation of delays or stock risks.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vasai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
