Job Overview

We are looking for a Real Estate Executive to coordinate with clients and property owners, understand their property requirements, and identify suitable properties for buying, selling, or renting. The role involves requirement gathering, property onboarding, client follow-ups, and coordination with the respective Residential and Commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact clients to understand their property requirements and preferences.
- Gather details such as location, budget, property type, size, and purpose.
- Identify suitable residential or commercial properties based on client needs.
- Coordinate with property owners to collect property details, photographs, pricing, and availability.
- Assist in onboarding properties for sale and rent.
- Forward client requirements to the respective Residential or Commercial team.
- Coordinate property visits between clients and property owners.




- Follow up with clients and owners to provide updates and support property transactions.
- Maintain records of client enquiries and property details.
- Build professional relationships with clients, property owners, and business partners.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in real estate, sales, client coordination, or business development is preferred.
- Kannada language proficiency is preferred for communicating with local clients and property owners.
- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence for property visits and local travel.
- Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.
- Willingness to travel within Bengaluru as required.
- Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in real estate may also apply.

Salary and Benefits

- Monthly salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000, depending on experience and interview performance.
