Key Responsibilities of a CRM Executive

- System Management: Maintaining and updating CRM platforms (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM) with accurate customer records.
- Data & Analytics: Analyzing customer behavior, tracking conversion metrics, and generating performance or sales reports.
- Campaign & Lead Coordination: Overseeing email marketing, customer onboarding, retention programs, and cross-functional work between sales, marketing, and support teams.
- Customer Resolution: Handling escalated complaints, feedback collection, and ensuring high satisfaction scores.
