- Manage the overall operations of the automobile body shop, including denting, painting, and accident vehicle repairs.
- Supervise denters, painters, technicians, and other body shop staff.
- Ensure quality repairs and timely delivery of vehicles to customers.
- Monitor daily workshop productivity, job allocation, and repair progress.
- Inspect accident-damaged vehicles and coordinate repair estimates with the insurance team.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, service advisors, and customers for claim approvals.
- Monitor spare parts requirements and coordinate with the spare parts department.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, paint materials, and workshop resources.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve repair-related issues professionally.
- Monitor labour revenue, repair costs, productivity, and monthly business targets.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer repair standards, workplace safety, and environmental procedures.
- Maintain accurate job cards, repair records, insurance documentation, and performance reports.
- Train and guide team members to improve workmanship and operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
