JOB SUMMARY

Vrik Pharma is looking for looking for an SEO Specialist with 2+ years of hands-on experience to manage and improve organic search performance across websites. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, and AI SEO, with practical experience in backlink building and SEO optimisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, traffic, and visibility.

· Handle On-Page SEO, including keyword research, content optimisation, meta titles/descriptions, headings, internal linking, URL structure, and image optimisation.

· Manage Off-Page SEO and link building, including hands-on backlink acquisition, competitor backlink analysis, outreach, and link quality monitoring.

· Perform Technical SEO audits and identify issues related to crawling, indexing, site structure, Core Web Vitals, redirects, canonicalization, schema markup, XML sitemaps, and robots.txt.

· Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities based on search intent and competition.

· Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic,



backlinks, and overall SEO performance.

· Work with content and development teams to implement SEO recommendations.

· Identify and resolve SEO issues affecting website visibility and performance.

· Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and evolving SEO best practices.

· Implement AI SEO / Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) strategies to improve content visibility across AI-powered search and answer engines.

· Explore the use of AI tools for keyword research, content optimisation, competitor analysis, SEO audits, and workflow automation.

· Prepare regular SEO reports and share actionable insights.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

· 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience.

· Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.

· Practical experience in manual backlink building and link acquisition.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
