Full Stack Developer
Years of experience: 8+
Location: Hyderabad in-office (hybrid)
Duration: 3 Months (extendable)

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and understand the existing POC, architecture, codebase and functional workflows.
- Translate the POC into a robust, production-grade Web Application capable of supporting a broader audience.
- Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python.
- Build responsive and maintainable front-end applications using Angular and TypeScript.
- Use Node.js for supporting services, middleware, integrations or APIs where required.
- Design and implement secure REST APIs and application integrations.
- Evolve the POC architecture to improve scalability, performance, reliability and maintainability.
- Implement enterprise-grade authentication and authorization, including SSO, OAuth/OIDC and RBAC.
- Deploy and host applications securely on AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments and workplace management.
- Implement application security best practices including secure coding, secrets management, encryption, access controls and vulnerability management.
- Configure and optimize cloud infrastructure, application hosting, networking and monitoring.
- Implement appropriate logging, monitoring, alerting and application health checks.
- Optimize application performance and API/database interactions as the user base grows.




- Collaborate with Product, Business and Engineering stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and establish development standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause analysis and resolution.
- Maintain technical documentation, architecture decisions and deployment/runbook documentation.
- Ideal Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong full-stack development background
- Deep hands-on expertise in Python and Angular
- Good hands-on experience with Node.js
- Proven experience with cloud deployment and DevOps
- Strong understanding of application security, SSO and enterprise authentication
- Experience taking applications from POC/MVP through production and scale
- Comfortable making pragmatic technical and architectural decisions
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with Product, Business and Engineering teams
