Transformation and System-Implementation Training

- Lead training activities for enterprise and utility technology programmes, including ERP, GIS, SCADA, ADMS, OMS, AMI, HES, MDMS, CRM, billing, mobile workforce management, asset management and data-analytics platforms.
- Work with programme teams and system integrators to assess the impact of system and process changes on different user groups.
- Develop role-based training plans using the approved To-Be processes, system configurations and operating procedures.
- Coordinate training-workplace readiness, user access, training data, training schedules and logistics.
- Ensure alignment between system functionality, process documentation, operating procedures and training content.
- Organise classroom, virtual, field-based and hands-on training for corporate and field personnel.
- Support users during pilot implementation, go-live and post-go-live stabilisation.
- Track training completion and user proficiency before granting operational system access, wherever applicable.

Change Communication





- Develop and implement an integrated communication strategy for organisational, operational and digital transformation initiatives.
- Translate technical and programme-related information into clear, audience-specific messages.
- Prepare communication materials such as leadership messages, newsletters, presentations, posters, email campaigns, FAQs, success stories, videos, dashboards and intranet content.
