About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven HR qualified with hands-on Darwinbox experience to join our Talent Management team.

As part of the Talent Management – Governance function, you will primarily own the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of Darwinbox, ensuring HR processes run seamlessly across the employee lifecycle. You will work closely with internal HR teams and the Darwinbox support team to configure workflows, resolve system issues, implement process improvements, and drive better system adoption.

In addition to HRMS ownership, you'll contribute to SOP creation, policy documentation, process governance, and periodic HR audits to help build scalable and compliant HR operations.

Role Overview
We are looking for an HR Associate with 1–2 years of hands-on experience working with the Darwinbox HRMS platform (Mandatory). The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting HR operations through system administration, employee data management, report generation, and ensuring smooth functioning of HR processes within Darwinbox.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HRIS activities on the Darwinbox platform.
- Maintain employee master data and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Support onboarding,



employee lifecycle changes, and offboarding processes within the DarwinBox system.
- Configure and maintain workflows, approvals, and user access as required in DarwiBox.
- Generate HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for various stakeholders from the DarwinBox System.
- Coordinate with HR, Payroll, and Vendor teams to resolve DarwinBox system-related issues.
- Assist in testing new features, enhancements, and system upgrades.
- Provide end-user support and training for Darwinbox modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience working on the Darwinbox HRMS platform (Mandatory).
- Good understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Experience in employee data management, reporting, and HRIS administration.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Preferred

- Exposure to modules such as Core HR, Leave & Attendance, Performance Management, or Recruitment in Darwinbox.
- Experience in coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
