Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Operator to maintain accurate records, update databases, and manage daily documentation. The ideal candidate should have good typing speed, basic computer knowledge, and proficiency in MS Excel.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately in company systems and databases.
- Maintain and organize records, files, and documentation.
- Prepare and update reports using MS Excel.
- Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Maintain physical and digital records systematically.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect and verify information.
- Identify and correct data entry errors and discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Complete assigned tasks within the specified deadlines.
Required Skills
- Good typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Positive computer skills and data management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
