Job Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations across multiple client sites and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Supervise and coordinate soft services, technical manpower, security personnel, and maintenance teams.
- Manage manpower deployment, attendance, shift scheduling, replacements,



and workforce discipline.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, service-level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients to resolve operational issues and maintain strong qualified relationships.
- Monitor maintenance activities, repairs, utilities, and project execution.
- Oversee contractual staffing, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance, including applicable labour laws.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and performance reviews.
- Control operational costs, optimize manpower utilization, and improve productivity.
- Prepare operational reports, maintain records, and support billing and documentation.
- Lead, train, and motivate supervisors and site teams to achieve operational targets.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
