Destinare Services is looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support an AI evaluation project. The selected candidate will analyze business requirements, compare multiple chatbot responses, conduct structured evaluations, and provide final assessments based on defined criteria.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Understand business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
- Analyze workflows, processes, and data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Evaluate and compare multiple chatbot responses using predefined criteria.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, process maps, and project documentation.
- Support testing, implementation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Coordinate with technical and cross-functional teams.
- Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and key performance indicators.
- Present findings and recommendations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science,



or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Experience in requirement gathering and process mapping.
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is an advantage.

Work Schedule and Project Details

- Fully remote and versatile work environment.
- Five working days per week, including weekends when required.
- Two weekdays off per week.
- Project duration: 16 weeks.
- Project-based engagement involving a defined number of evaluation tasks.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
