About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications that power enterprise-grade solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to architecture decisions, mentor junior developers, and ensure delivery of high-quality, secure, and reliable software solutions.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable,



and high-performance backend applications using Java and Spring technologies.
- Develop and manage RESTful APIs and Microservices-based architectures.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
- Design and implement reusable, maintainable, and secure application components.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Develop database-driven applications using relational databases and ORM frameworks.
- Implement data persistence solutions using JPA and associated technologies.
- Integrate messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ for event-driven architectures.
- Perform code reviews and promote engineering best practices across development teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, production incidents, and performance bottlenecks.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and software engineering best practices.
- Contribute to CI/CD processes and automated deployment practices.
- Mentor junior developers and support their technical growth.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for applications and services.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 5 to 9 years of experience in Java backend development.
- Strong proficiency in Java 8 or higher.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot 2 and Spring Framework.
- Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and Java-based web services.
- Hands-on expertise with JPA and ORM frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.




- Experience writing optimized SQL queries and designing database solutions.
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Experience using Git and modern version control systems.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.
- Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring junior team members.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
