About NS Ventures

NS Ventures is looking for an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to manage the planning and coordination of real estate video shoots across India.

The role involves coordinating shoot schedules, managing vendors, arranging production resources, and ensuring all requirements are confirmed before each shoot. The ideal candidate should have experience in media production, video production, content production, or production coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate pre-production activities for real estate video shoots.
- Manage shoot schedules, locations, vendor availability, and production resources.
- Coordinate with internal teams, drone pilots, videographers, and external production partners.
- Identify and coordinate suitable production vendors across different cities in India.
- Maintain shoot calendars, project trackers, and production documentation.
- Communicate shoot requirements clearly to all stakeholders before production.
- Follow up on confirmations, schedules, and pending tasks to avoid delays.
- Track shoot completion and coordinate the handover of footage to the relevant teams.
- Provide regular updates on upcoming shoots, completed projects, and potential issues.




- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in video production, media production, content production, or production coordination is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination and vendor management.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Positive understanding of video production and pre-production workflows.
- Excellent planning, organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, MS Excel, and project management tools.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors and teams across multiple cities.
- Willingness to travel or coordinate shoots across India when required.
- Experience in real estate video production is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
