*Job Summary*

Grando Solar Energy is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The primary responsibility will be hiring Sales Executives, along with handling bulk recruitment and multiple job openings across various departments as per the company's requirements.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong sourcing abilities, and the capability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

*Key Responsibilities*

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales Executives and other positions across various departments.

Manage bulk hiring and fulfill multiple vacancies on a monthly basis.

Source candidates through Naukri.com, job portals, Work India, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes,



conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial screening to final selection and joining.

Maintain a database of candidates and regularly update recruitment trackers and reports.

Ensure timely closure of open positions as per the company's hiring requirements.

Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer rollouts and joining formalities.

Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming vacancies.

Build and maintain a valuable candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
