Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and sales-oriented Store Managing Executive to manage store operations, handle company-generated leads, follow up with customers, and drive sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day store operations and customer enquiries.

2. Handle leads, outbound calls, follow-ups, and customer conversions.

3. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

4. Explain products, address queries, and maintain a positive customer experience.

5. Visit client locations when required.

6. Support sales activities and achieve business targets.

Requirements:

1. 1–2 years of experience in store management, sales, customer handling,



or business development.

2. Good knowledge of modular kitchens, interior products, or related products.

3. Solid communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.

4. Sales-oriented approach with good lead conversion and follow-up skills.

5. Comfortable managing the physical store and visiting client locations.

6. Proactive, responsible, and self-driven.

7. Basic computer and record-management skills
