Job Description
We are hiring experienced professionals for the position of Senior Customer Service Executive – International Voice Process in Mumbai. Candidates with international voice process experience and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through international voice calls.
- Provide timely, accurate, and professional solutions to customer concerns.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining call quality standards.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through effective verbal communication.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates and undergraduates are eligible.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and night shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Annual CTC: ₹4 LPA
- Approximate monthly in-hand salary: ₹27,000

- 5 days working
- 2 rotational week-offs
