What you'll do

- Experienced Injection Moulding skilled with strong expertise in injection moulding process control, troubleshooting, problem-solving, process optimization, productivity improvement, and team management. Skilled in processing engineering polymers such as PC, PMMA, PBT, PA6, PA66, and PC+ABS, with a strong focus on reducing process variability, improving process stability, and achieving production and quality targets.
- Experienced in handling auxiliary systems such as CFS and dehumidification systems, along with knowledge of robot programming and EOAT (End-of-Arm Tooling) development. Strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving abilities with a systematic approach toward process improvement and corrective actions.
- Good command of technical and administrative control, production planning, manpower coordination, target achievement, and maintaining positive employee-employer relationships. Focused on achieving quality, productivity, safety, cost, and delivery objectives through continuous improvement.

- Automation & Robotics – Robot programming support and EOAT development to improve automation, consistency, productivity, and operator safety.

- Auxiliary System Management – Knowledge and support for CFS systems, dehumidification, material drying, temperature control, and other moulding auxiliaries.

- Quality Improvement – Defect reduction, process monitoring, corrective actions, and implementation of standard process controls.

- Technical & Production Management – Production monitoring, manpower coordination, shift management, process documentation, SOP implementation, and target monitoring.

- Continuous Improvement – Identification and implementation of opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, waste reduction, and operational efficiency.





- Team Development & Coordination – Technical guidance, operator training, cross-functional coordination, and development of a positive and productive working environment.

What we are looking for

- Results-oriented Injection Moulding Professional with strong hands-on experience in injection moulding process control, process optimization, troubleshooting, productivity improvement, and team coordination. Proven ability to establish stable and efficient moulding processes while maintaining quality, productivity, safety, and delivery targets.
- Strong technical knowledge of engineering plastics including PC, PMMA, PBT, PA6, PA66, and PC+ABS, with expertise in material drying, moulding parameter optimization, defect analysis, and reduction of process variability. Experienced in handling and troubleshooting auxiliary systems such as CFS systems, dehumidification units, dryers, temperature controllers, and other moulding auxiliaries.
- Knowledgeable in robot programming and EOAT (End-of-Arm Tooling) development, supporting automation, manpower reduction, cycle-time improvement, and consistent production output. Strong capability in root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive action, process trials, mould trials, cycle-time optimization, rejection reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze production and process data, identify recurring problems, and implement practical solutions to improve OEE, productivity, process stability, and product quality. Good command of technical and administrative control, including manpower planning, production monitoring, shift management, documentation, SOP implementation, and cross-functional coordination.
- A strong team-oriented professional with excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills, capable of building positive employee-employer relationships and working effectively with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, Engineering, and Management teams to achieve organizational objectives.
