About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Management / Client Service Intern to support our team in managing creative projects and client communications. This role is ideal for someone interested in agency operations, project coordination, and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking project timelines

Support client communication and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution

Coordinate with internal creative teams (design, content, production)

Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates

Help manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Ensure deliverables align with client requirements and quality standards

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good organizational and time-management abilities





Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace

Basic understanding of project management or client servicing (preferred)

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

A keen interest in creative agencies, branding, or marketing
