We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Desktop Field Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing desktop support, hardware and software troubleshooting, networking assistance, and on-site technical support to clients across Mumbai.

The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop computers and laptops.
- Install Windows operating systems, drivers, and application software.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Handle basic LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, and network connectivity issues.
- Provide technical support at the office and client locations across Mumbai.
- Perform preventive maintenance, upgrades, and system installations.
- Maintain service reports and provide timely updates on support requests.
- Ensure professional and courteous service to customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications





- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in desktop support or IT field engineering.
- Strong knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting.
- Positive working knowledge of Windows installation and configuration.
- Basic networking and connectivity troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with printers and other computer peripherals.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to client locations across Mumbai.
- Ability to work independently and resolve technical issues effectively.
