Job Summary

We are looking for detail-oriented and responsible Quality Control (QC) Staff to join our gold jewellery manufacturing firm.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect gold jewellery at different stages of the manufacturing process.
- Check jewellery for finishing, polishing, soldering, stone setting, and overall workmanship.
- Identify defects, damages, scratches, and other quality issues.
- Verify jewellery designs, sizes, and specifications against approved samples or job sheets.
- Check the quality of finished and semi-finished jewellery before dispatch.
- Coordinate with production and polishing teams to correct quality issues.
- Ensure jewellery meets company quality standards and customer requirements.
- Maintain QC inspection reports and records of rejected or reworked items.
- Monitor recurring defects and report quality issues to the manager.




- Ensure proper handling of gold jewellery during inspection.
- Support the production team in maintaining consistent product quality.

Requirements and Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in jewellery quality control is preferred.
- Experience in a gold jewellery manufacturing firm will be an advantage.
- Ability to identify jewellery defects and assess workmanship.
- Good observation skills and attention to detail.
- Basic documentation and reporting skills.
- Responsible, honest, and able to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.

Salary and Advantages

- Salary: As per experience and company standards.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
