Gro Wealth Group of Companies is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our fund mobilization and sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage branch sales and fund mobilization activities.
- Develop customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned business targets.
- Supervise and motivate team members.
- Monitor team performance and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in sales, preferably in financial services.
- Good communication and customer relationship skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work towards business targets.
Salary: Based on experience and suitability.
Candidates should be result-oriented and comfortable working in a target-based workplace.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
