Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and organized CRM executive to manage customer interactions, follow up on leads, maintain accurate CRM records, and coordinate with the sales team to improve customer satisfaction and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and Update customer and lead data in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads through calls, email, and WhatsApp.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead allocation and status updates.  Track lead progress from inquiry to conversion.
Handle customer queries and prepare monthly CRM reports.
Maintain accuracy and compliance with company processes.
Attend face to face meetings with clients or related peoples on field when required.

Qualification

1-3 years of experience in CRM, customer support, telesales, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Detail-oriented with good analytical abilities.
Self-motivated and customer-focused.

Salary
As per Company standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
