Key Responsibilities

- Manage sales enquiries, opportunities, quotations, and customer follow-ups .
- Coordinate with Sales, Costing, Design & Drawing (D&D;), Finance, Projects, Production, and Dispatch teams.
- Prepare and submit commercial quotations, techno-commercial proposals, and tenders.
- Handle online and offline Government/PSU tenders, including tender documentation and compliance.
- Coordinate EMD, PBG, and LC documentation with Finance, Banks, and customers.
- Review Purchase Orders and coordinate SAP order processing and internal approvals.
- Track orders from enquiry → quotation → order → execution → dispatch.
- Maintain customer communication and ensure timely resolution of queries and follow-ups.
- Prepare MIS reports,



sales pipeline reports, tender trackers, and opportunity updates.
- Maintain accurate records of quotations, tenders, orders, customer communication, and related documents.
- Identify delays or pending actions and coordinate with relevant teams for timely closure.
- Job Location :- Malad (West)
- Qualification :- Any Engineer
- Working Days :- 6 Days (Sat Half Day)

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
