Position: Social Media Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

* Plan and manage social media content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.

* Create and maintain monthly content calendars.

* Develop engaging Reels, posts, stories, carousels and campaigns.

* Write captions, hooks and creative content.

* Coordinate with designers, video editors and marketing teams.

* Monitor trends, competitors and audience engagement.

* Manage comments, DMs and community interactions.

* Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.

* Improve reach, engagement, followers and leads through consistent content.

* Support paid campaigns when required.

* Maintain consistent brand tone, visual identity and communication.

Fresher





* Good knowledge of Instagram and social media platforms.

* Creative mindset and willingness to learn.

* Basic understanding of Canva/creative tools and social media trends.

* Good communication and writing skills.

Experienced

* 1+ years of experience in social media management preferred.

* Proven experience in content planning and social media growth.

* Solid understanding of analytics, trends and campaign performance.

* Ability to independently manage social media accounts and campaigns.

Salary Range - 15 to 20k
