Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused IAQ Associate to join our field operations team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for visiting client locations, installing and onboarding Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) monitoring devices, demonstrating their functionality, and educating clients on the proper usage of our air quality monitoring systems and clean-air solutions.

The role also involves troubleshooting technical issues, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring a smooth onboarding and post-installation experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Site Visits & Onboarding

- Visit clients' homes and other assigned locations for IAQ monitor installation and onboarding.
- Set up, configure, and activate IAQ monitoring devices at client sites.
- Ensure devices are properly connected, functional, and accurately displaying air quality data.
- Coordinate with the operations and technical teams for successful onboarding.

2. Client Demonstration & Training

- Explain the features, functionality, and benefits of YOGa Clean Air monitoring systems.
- Demonstrate how to operate IAQ monitors and access air quality readings.
- Educate clients on basic indoor air quality parameters such as PM2.5, PM10, CO₂, temperature, and humidity.




- Guide clients on the proper usage and maintenance of monitoring devices.
- Answer client queries professionally and clearly.

3. Troubleshooting & Customer Support

- Identify and resolve basic technical issues related to IAQ monitoring devices.
- Troubleshoot connectivity, device configuration, and operational problems.
- Provide on-site assistance whenever required.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant technical team and coordinate their resolution.
- Ensure timely resolution of client complaints and service requests.

4. Field Operations & Reporting

- Maintain accurate records of site visits, installations, and device onboarding.
- Update installation status and customer details in the company's CRM or reporting system.
- Submit daily field visit reports and communicate unresolved issues to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain professional conduct while visiting clients' homes and premises.

Qualification & Skills Required

- Education: Graduate in any discipline; B.Sc. graduates will be preferred.
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with experience in field operations, technical support, customer service, or installation roles.
- English Communication: Good command of spoken English is mandatory.




- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate professionally with clients.
- Basic technical knowledge and willingness to learn about IAQ monitoring devices.
- Ability to explain technical information in simple, understandable language.
- Good problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Basic understanding of mobile applications, Wi-Fi connectivity, and electronic devices.
- Willingness to travel regularly to client locations across Delhi NCR.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple site visits.

- Comfortable visiting residential properties and interacting directly with homeowners.
- Quick learner with an interest in technology, air quality, and environmental solutions.
- Able to handle client queries and technical concerns patiently.
- Responsible, punctual, and capable of maintaining accurate field records.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
