We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and motivated Telecaller cum Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting students, understanding their educational needs, providing information about courses and admission opportunities, and guiding them through the admission process. The role involves making outbound calls, handling student enquiries, explaining course details and eligibility criteria, and maintaining regular follow-ups with interested students. The candidate will also be responsible for counselling students regarding NEET UG, MBBS, BDS, and other relevant educational opportunities, based on their interests and eligibility. The candidate must maintain accurate student records, update calling data, manage follow-up schedules, and prepare daily reports using MS Excel. Good communication skills, a positive attitude, patience,



and the ability to build strong relationships with students are essential for this role. The candidate should be comfortable communicating over phone calls and WhatsApp, handling queries professionally, and working towards daily and monthly targets. Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, education counselling, or admission counselling will be preferred. The ideal candidate should be willing to learn, work collaboratively with the team, and contribute to the company's growth by providing a positive and helpful experience to students.
