- Measurement & Site Verification
- Take and verify physical site measurements alongside site engineers.
- Cross-check work progress against approved architectural and structural drawings.
- Maintain and update the Measurement Book (MB) with accurate recorded quantities.
- Bill Preparation & Processing
- Prepare Running Account (RA) bills, advance bills, and final bills for clients.
- Draft, measure, and process bills for subcontractors, vendors, and external agencies.
- Prepare quantity sheets, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and item-rate evaluations.
- Reconciliation & Rate Analysis
- Prepare monthly material reconciliation statements (cement, steel, and other consumables).
- Assist in rate analysis for extra items, deviations, and work order variations.
- Draft Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and estimate material/labor requirements
- Coordination & Documentation
- Coordinate with site teams, planning departments, QA/QC, and finance teams.
- Follow up with the accounts department for timely payment clearances and invoice certifications.
- Maintain digital trackers, work order files, test certificates, and billing records for audits

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
